Apostille

Apostille — is a special stamp affixed to official documents of countries that are parties to the Convention on the Abolition of Legalization of Foreign Official Documents (Hague Convention). It certifies the authenticity of the person’s signature under the document and the authenticity of the imprint of the seal or stamp used to seal the relevant document.

Subject to apostillation only through a notarized copy (photocopy-excerpt)

  • passport documents: a passport of a citizen of Ukraine, both a sample of 1994 and an ID card form, as well as a foreign passport;
  • military ID;
  • employment history;
  • pension certificate;
  • driving license;
  • vehicle registration certificate (technical passport);
  • official documents issued by the authorities of the former Union republics in the USSR

  • certificate of license and accreditation of a higher education institution;
  • certificate about the evaluation system in Ukraine, etc.
